After almost a year of extensive field testing, BlueWater Tackle Poppers have been put through some of the most demanding conditions we could find.
Tested in the Andaman Islands on GTs ranging from smaller fish to powerful trophy-class fish, these poppers have been repeatedly exposed to hard strikes, aggressive fights, and the punishment that comes with serious popping.
They held up.
We are confident in their strength, durability, and ability to handle big, hard-fighting predators.
HANDCRAFTED IN INDONESIA
Each BlueWater Tackle Popper is handmade in Indonesia from mahogany wood, selected for its strength and excellent performance in a popping lure.
Every lure is finished with:
Multiple layers of paint
Heavy-duty, thick epoxy coating
Reinforced stainless-steel internal wire
A durable finish designed to withstand repeated attacks
The thick epoxy protection helps the lure stand up to the abuse of GTs and other aggressive, toothy predators.
