Return & Exchange Policy

• Exchange of any product is not allowed unless it is physically damaged during delivery, a wrong product is received, or there are original equipment manufacturer (OEM) defects.
• Customers should notify us by email at salestackletips@gmail.com within 24 hours after delivery, mentioning the order number and attaching photos of the product for reference.
• Tackle Tips will not accept any return or exchange requests after 24 hours of delivery.
• Customers must arrange the courier to return the product. We are not responsible for any loss or misplacement by the courier.
• In case of non-availability of a replacement product, we will refund the amount paid by the customer.
• Exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person who originally purchased the product.
• All returned items must be packed in the same box or packaging in good condition with all instruction manuals and warranty cards (if any).
• The customer must request a return using the same email address registered on our website.
• From time to time, this website may include links to other websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of such linked websites.

Cancellation Policy

• Tackle Tips will not issue any charges if the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by Tackle Tips. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, depending on your bank or payment provider.
